Chatham Art in the Park
June - August 2019
The Chatham Merchants Association “Sharks in the Park” is now “Chatham Art in the Park”. The 2019 display featured cutouts in the shapes of Mermaids and a “Shape of the Cape” Cape Cod profile.

Local artists painted them, and they were on display on the front lawn of the Kate Gould Park from June 14 until August 16, 2019.
The works of art have now been auctioned, and half of each item's sale price will go to the artist. The final auction price is listed on the list of all items, and on each individual item page.

This year Stripers are also swimming in the shops for our summer visitors to find and win gifts from the Chatham Merchants Association ... to be awarded at the end of September.

Where are the Stripers headquarters will be the Downtown Visitor Information Booth, 533 Main Street, where you can obtain the scavenger hunt booklets. Each person handing in a completed booklet will receive a prize.

The booklets are also available in participating downtown shops as well as the Captain Bassett House Visitor Center in South Chatham.

The proceeds of the past Sharks in the Park auctions have benefited the Chatham Merchants Association's investment in making Chatham a wonderful and fun place in which to live, do business, stay and visit, shop, and enjoy all the attractions of this great town.
